From Pilots to IT Engineers: 6 Indians Who Have Bagged 'Ironman' Titles

Hiren Patel:

Hiren Patel, an IT professional heard of the Ironman championship while he participated in marathons and running competitions in Pune, where he worked for Infosys. He then took an initiative to participate in the Ironman Competition and debuted this year, subsequently completed the Triathlon within sixteen hours. Patel said “Fitness means freedom and a healthy lifestyle.”

Kaustubh Radkar:

Kaustubh Radkar is another Indian athlete to complete more than 10 triathlons as he recently completed 13^th triathlons. Radkar was a national level swimming champion in late 90s. Today Radkar holds record as the only Asian to complete triathlon in six continents. Radkar overwhelmingly said, “Fitness is an integrated part of my everyday life, just like eating, sleeping and working.”
