7. Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman
The Live with Walkman is the latest addition to Sony Ericsson’s Walkman series smartphone. This smartphone has a unique curved design with glossy finish and sports 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with 320x480 pixels of resolution. It is powered by 1 GHz Scorpion Processor, 512 MB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The device features 320 MB of internal storage and can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. It also has a 5 MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash. For connectivity it has 3G, EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and DLAN. The Live with Walkman has a price tag of Rs.14,549.
8. Sony Xperia S
The Xperia S is the first non-Ericsson Android smartphone launch last month at Consumer Electronics Show 2012 in Las Vegas. The smartphone is powered by 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8260 Snapdragon dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The smartphone features a stunning 4.3 inch HD touchscreen display with 1280x720 pixels of resolution, 12 MP rear camera with Sony Exmor R image sensor, capable of 1080p video recording, 1.3 MP front facing camera for video calling and chats, 16 or 32 GB of internal storage memory and for connectivity it has HSPA, Wi-Fi, DLNA, GPS, HDMI and NFC. This smartphone will be available by the end of this month for Rs.34,000.
