LG Optimus 3D Max with its 3D entertainment features grabbed lots of attention at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC). The new phone is very slim and lightweight compared to its predecessor Optimus 3D.

Specification: LG Optimus 3D Max is powered by dual-core 1.2Ghz OMAP4430 processor and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It sports a 4.3-inch screen with a WVGA resolution and Gorilla Glass 2, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with a microSD card slot, two 5 MP cameras at the back, VGA front-facing camera, a 1,520mAh battery and supports HSPA, HDMI, DNLA and NFC for connectivity. The phone is just 9.6mm thick and weighs only 148 grams.

Special Feature: Optimus 3D Max boasts of a glasses-free (autostereoscopic) 3D display which allows users to watch 3D content on their smartphone without using any glasses. It also has a 3D converter which converts 2D content like Google Maps and other mapping apps to 3D. The phone comes with a 3D video editor which lets the user to edit 3D video.
