The 10 dollar banknote was first introduced in 1868 by the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation. Hong Kong dollar is the eighth most traded currency in the world. The raised ink, such as the lettering seen when held close to the eyes, provides a distinctive texture to this bill. On the other hand, the images of horse printed on both sides of the bill, are aligned perfectly. And both these features are hard to forge with home equipment.
