LG's CES 2014 Platter- Ultra PC, Tab-Book2 and All-In-One PC

LG will also be unveiling two variants of second generation Tab-Books. The new models will be powered by an Intel Core i5 processor running Windows 8.1; while the flagship model has an 11.6-inch Full HD IPS display that is optimized for 10-point touch control and offers a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, the display technology used on the lower end version is yet to be confirmed by LG. The flagship model 11T740 is 16.7 mm thick while weighing only 1.05kg, which is 200g lighter than last year’s offering; its little sister is even lighter coming in at only 930g and being 13.7 mm thick.

The final product LG will be showcasing is its 27-inch AIO PC, which will also be running Windows 8.1. This is also powered by an Intel CPU (model is yet to be revealed) that is paired with a NVIDIA Geforce GT 740M graphics card and includes a picture-in-picture feature, enabling users to view TV and browse the internet simultaneously. It also has HDMI jack and comes with a remote that can be used to switch from computer to TV mode without having to reboot the system.
