LG unveils new LED Backlit Monitors - E60 and E90

Bangalore: LG has announced the launch of two LED backlit monitors LG LED E60 and E90 which will be available in the market in a couple of weeks.
The company has introduced its E60 monitor in three variants such as the 20-incher priced at Rs.9,940, the 22-incher costing Rs.12,200 and the 23-incher that will be available for Rs.13,000. The E60 is incredibly slim with just 12.9mm thick and offers a lot of connectivity as well from D-Sub to DVI to HDMI. The monitor comes with a 'mega' contrast ratio, photo effects and original ratio, an Eco mode for lower power draw and easy-to-use EZ Control OSD. The monitor also offers reduced energy consumption - as much as 45 percent less than conventional LCD monitors.
The E90 comes only in one size, a 21-incher and is available for Rs.16,900. This is rather a premium grade monitor measuring just 7.3mm in depth. E90 also offers other features like 250 nits of brightness, full HD resolution, 2 millisecond response time, and all three connectors of the E60. The monitor also offers very less energy consumption as much as 40 percent less than conventional CCFL-backlit LCD monitors.
