Most of the time when you see the listing that is being sold for a higher price, it generally due to the bidding war between two people rather than a bunch of people bidding on it. If such is the scneario, its wise to not get involved into the bidding war. If you see someone aggressively trying to outbid you, simply move on to the next listing.
