Roshi Jain is the Vice President and Portfolio Manager-Equities and also provides research support on engineering sectors. Jain has been in the investment management Industry for the past 10 years.


Jain handles funds worth over Rs.2, 000 crore at Franklin Templeton India AMC. She earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2003, and is also a certified CA and CFA.


Though still single at 36, but Roshi do not regret it and wisely forging ahead in this male-dominated industry. "I am not married, so (there is) no question of work-life balance," she says. "It is like a stock—if I like it, I will buy it. If I do not like it, I don't buy."
