Countries Where The World's Richest Reside

Bangalore: Global economy may be facing a period of instability and imbalance in the last few years, yet there are countries which have many billionaires despite all the global economic uncertainties.

Knight Frank a Leading property research and consultancy firm came out with a report called The Wealth Report 2013, which shows the countries with most billionaires and cities with most High Net Worth Individuals, reports Luxpresso.

1. United States

When we look at the top investors in the world, most of the successful investors we find are from United States. For instance, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are among the largest investors in the world and their wealth is estimated to be $67 billion and $53.5 billion respectively. There are about 543 American billionaires in the world.

Moreover, New York and San Francisco is home to world’s largest numbers of HNIs. New York has about 7,580 individuals under billionaire category and San Francisco has around 4,590, according to the survey.
