Thinksoft Global lists on NSE at marginal premium

Mumbai: IT solutions provider, Thinksoft Global Services hit the capital market with a marginal gain of 0.8 percent over its issue price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The scrip opened at Rs.126 a share, over its issue price of Rs.125 a piece on the NSE.
On Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the scrip opened at Rs.100, down 20 percent over its issue price. The Chennai-based firm has raised over Rs.45.57 crore through the initial public issue of 36.46 lakh equities at the upper end of the price band.
Within seconds of opening on the NSE, over 9,76,661 shares of Thinksoft Global Services changed hands. The company intends to use the IPO proceeds to fund its expansion plans.
