2 # Deposit money:



Any customer whether he/she holds an account in the specified banks or not, cannot be denied the facility of remittances.

Any customers can walk-in to the bank and send a remittance of up to 50,000 by National Electronic Fund Transfer even without holding an account in that bank.



3 # No minimum balance:



Regardless of being the customer of a public sector bank or a private sector, you need not worry about keeping a certain amount in your account to keep it alive.

 Every account marked as Basic Banking Account is free from this rule. Though, some privileged services may not be provided by the bank.



4 # Be informed:



The customers have the total right to be well informed of all the upcoming services, offers by the bank. The termination of any services or change in the terms and conditions of the bank or your agreement with the bank should be informed prior to making it active. The bank has to give a 30 day notice to you with information needed by you.
