Initially, the company was started in 1971 in surat, by 3 cousin brothers Dinesh Shah, Arvind Shah and late Prabodh Shah, the company was responsible for diamond processing.
Dharmesh Shah belongs to the second generation of the family. He took up the business when the annual turnover was Rs.350 Crores; this was increase 3 times more in 2012, with Rs.1,835 crore.
