Tax Paid in 2011 – Rs.1.7 Crore



Saif Ali Khan, whose films ‘Agent Vinod’ and 'Cocktail' had varying responses at the box office, paid a tax of Rs.3 crore compared to Rs.1.7 crore in the year ago period, as per PTI.



Some of his upcoming films are ‘Race 2’, ‘2 States’, ‘Judwaa 2’, ‘Nawab The Nautch Girl And The John Company’, ‘Bullet Raja’ and ‘Thagi’.



7. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan



Tax Paid in 2012 – Rs.3 Crore



Tax Paid in 2011 – Rs.1.1 Crore



Aishwarya Rai Bachchan left behind all her female peers and paid an advance tax of Rs.3 crore, though she is absent from the silver screen after the release of ‘Guzaarish’, which was released in 2010.



She is the first female member who was able to make this cut with such high tax of Rs.3 crore, which is near about thrice what she paid last year. Some of her upcoming movies are ‘Raaste, The Legend Of Rama, Happy Birthday, Biscuit, Saamna’ and ‘Dhun’.
